Cameron House on Loch Lomond offers golf between the Highlands and Lowlands

On the banks of Loch Lomond, Cameron House has long been a destination for golfers and spa lovers alike, and its setting is hard to beat. The five-star resort describes its two courses as being where the Scottish Highlands and Lowlands meet, with the mountains as a backdrop and the loch alongside.
The Carrick is its 18-hole championship course, host to prestigious events, with dramatic elevation changes that create exceptional views, particularly from the 10th and 14th holes. In June 2026, Glasgow City Mission chose The Carrick for a golf day as part of its bicentenary celebrations.
For beginners, or anyone looking to fine-tune their swing, the nine-hole Wee Demon lives up to its name, described by the resort as both wickedly clever and supremely satisfying to master. After a round, golfers can gather in The Clubhouse for drinks and dining.
The resort offers a range of golf memberships, from flexible to exclusive and corporate options, as well as golf day packages for businesses looking to treat clients or teams.
The resort's spa has also had a makeover. A 300,000 pound redesign of the award-winning Cameron Spa included a fully refurbished ground-floor indoor pool, new hydro and hot tub areas and a refreshed rooftop infinity pool, with floor-to-ceiling windows framing the countryside and golf course views. Cafe Spa extended its hours with a new menu.
The hydro area now features new showers with LED coloured lighting and a striking light box feature on the wall, while the interiors combine a ceramic and marble feature wall with graphite and green mosaic tiling.
The investment, the resort said, reflects the growing demand for high-quality spa and wellbeing experiences in Scotland. Experienced spa leader Gillian McGraffin was appointed spa director to coincide with the relaunch.
Whether it is a day on the fairways, a spa break or both, the resort makes the most of one of Scotland's most famous lochs.
