One Devonshire Gardens launches a Friday night Beef Wellington supper in the West End

One of the West End's grandest addresses has a new reason to book a Friday night table. One Devonshire Gardens by Hotel du Vin has launched a Friday Night Beef Wellington and Malbec Experience, built around one of Britain's most celebrated dishes.

Every Friday, guests can share the hotel's signature Beef Wellington for two, served with a bottle of Hotel du Vin Malbec. The Wellington will also stay on the a la carte menu seven days a week.

Head chef Martin Thliveros said there is something special about sharing a Beef Wellington, a dish made for occasions that deserves to be celebrated. The team wanted to combine the classic with exceptional wine and the relaxed atmosphere of a Friday evening, making it the perfect way to gather with friends, mark a special occasion or simply welcome the weekend in style.

The hotel sits in a beautiful tree-lined Victorian terrace at 1 Devonshire Gardens, in one of the West End's most desirable neighbourhoods. Its restaurant is known for traditional, seasonal Scottish dishes made with local produce, a carefully curated wine list and an elegant yet relaxed setting.
